Who We Are

Troy Kunkel is a TCU graduate and former Football player. Troy and his family live next to campus and are very active in the neighborhood.

Troy and his team specialize in renting houses in the TCU area. Our houses are within close proximity to the Texas Christian University campus. Our houses also have easy access to grocery and shopping.

Our Philosophy

We work hard to provide great places to live and that are close to the TCU campus. We are local and believe in prompt service and being able to make the off-camp living experience a wonderful experience.
